3 fun and easy ways to tire the kids out - Cathy Richards RD

Hi, I’m Cathy!

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Craving Change® Facilitator, with over 20 years experience, it’s my job to get you the health that you desire!

I help busy, mompreneurs overcome emotional eating once and for all, so that they’re healthier and ultimately wealthier.

You’re not a cookie – so no cookie cutter approaches over here. That’s why all of my programs include a minimum amount of 1-on-1 support with me. I know without a doubt that my clients who have regular contact and check-in with me via video, email or audio channels get the most out of our time together.

I’m thrilled that you’re choosing to invest in yourself and your health so I’m not going to let you feel like another number in a group program. If you’ve set yourself up for my 1-on-1 process hang on cause it’s going to be a fun ride!

MY PROCESS:

(which you can follow on my self love journey back to health – podcast series) is to meet you where you’re at in your health journey and support you in making small changes over time that succeed in achieving your long term health goals.

Weight loss is easy.

I’ve seen this again and again over the years with thousands of clients but it’s the maintenance piece that gets tricky. Most diet programs or meal plans work for the short term because you’re following it and sticking to the process but what happens when your life weather changes?

Things can get sticky, messy and downright hard in life (believe me I’ve been there) and following a meal plan forever without really getting to the heart of why you’re eating just isn’t realistic for long term change.

That’s where I come in.

Growing up on a family farm in rural Ontario, Canada, I saw the benefits of eating real foods from a very early age. Coming from a big family with 5 kids I also saw the balance that my mom needed to feed us well, on a reasonable budget and on a consistent basis.

Her chronic health condition diagnosed when I was just 10 years old changed the trajectory of my career. Through the work that she did to change her lifestyle, make herself a priority and improve her eating, I saw the benefits of taking care of yourself early on.

And that’s why my focus is to get you healthy through simple changes that you can maintain long term.

No quick fix but ultimately life long health.

As a busy, single mompreneur with 3 kids under the age of 8, I understand. I totally understand that challenges show up on a regular basis. It feels like there’s never enough time or energy left at the end of the day to take care of you.

But there is.

There’s enough time to do one thing everyday to get you to your healthiest.

II get it, I really do. So do yourself a favour and hop on over to my podcast series “My self love journey back to health” to hear more about my journey.

My Approach is simple.

Listen to your body.

Get curious instead of furious.

Focus on the healthy habits that you are already doing.

Make small changes.

Check in with your body.

Adjust if needed.

1 step at a time.

1 day at a time.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
