CRAVING CHANGE® is a “how to” workshop for changing your relationship with food.

 

This program will help you:

  • To understand WHY you eat the way you do
  • To comfort yourself without food
  • To change your thinking, change your eating.

Groups are limited to 10 participants to keep it intimate.

Give yourself the gift of improved health and group support. Spaces are strictly limited.

All sessions are facilitated by Cathy Richards, Registered Dietitian and Certified Craving Change® Facilitator who has been running CRAVING CHANGE® workshops since 2008.

Workshops run 60 to 90 minutes each.

Each participant receives a workbook.
